James Perry issues statement on Master Plan
New Orleans, LA – James Perry, New Orleans Mayoral candidate, released the following statement on today’s 9-7 vote by the House Committee on Local, Municipal and Parochial Affairs to approve State Senator Ed Murray’s effort to overturn the will of the voters of Orleans Parish and require all changes to the master plan to be approved by parish-wide referendum.
