James Perry Assembles Formidable Campaign Team
NEW ORLEANS – Today, James Perry for Mayor announced the final piece to his already formidable campaign team with the hiring of Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research who will serve as pollster.
“The upcoming Mayoral election is without a doubt the most important election in our lifetime and one that won’t be as much about the ‘what’ as it will be about the ‘who’”, said Alex Morgan, Campaign Director for James Perry for Mayor. “Everyone agrees we must make our city safer, more livable and prosperous, but the question will be who can move our city forward and actually deliver the fundamental change we are promised year after year, candidate after candidate and campaign after campaign. We will run an aggressive cutting edge and issue-based campaign. We will be successful because this campaign will be about whose ideas, experience and background demonstrate they can do more than promise change but deliver it,” said Morgan. “James Perry represents the future of the New Orleans, not its past.”

In 2003 and 2004 Morgan worked on the Presidential primary campaign of Gen. Wes Clark as a statewide field director and for Democratic Presidential nominee Senator John Kerry as a LCV regional field director as well as Deputy Campaign Manager for one of the top tier Congressional campaigns of the 2004 cycle.
